Sam Kaplan '19 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to attend the best school academically that I possibly can as well as play baseball at the highest level. I do not want to compromise one for the other. I love baseball and I want to play as long as I can but I love school equally as much. I am a very hard worker in everything I do, whether it is hitting in the cages, training on the field, doing bullpen sessions, or working out at the gym to get bigger, stronger, and faster. I have the same degree of dedication to my school work as I do with baseball and I currently have straight A's in all my honor's level classes. I am a team player and I love the camaraderie that a team sport brings. Some of my best friends were made playing ball.
