Thank you for the opportunity to tell you about myself and for the privilege to have the chance to hopefully play at your wonderful university. I am a Sophomore at St Rose High School in Belmar, NJ. I received the Christian Identity Scholarship to attend the school, along with an Honors Engineering Scholarship, due to my academic achievements at my middle school St Gregory the Great Academy.
I have been playing baseball since I was 4 years old and I love the sport. My dad was my coach from a young age and still now into my Babe Ruth years too. I am very passionate about caring about my team and dedicated to ensuring to play my best each time. I am known as a cheerleader for all and keep a positive attitude. I am also involved in wrestling where I had the opportunity to co-coach for my high school this past semester. At St Rose, I am an ambassador for the school where I am called upon to give tours and provide students with information on our athletic and academic programs. I am in the Honors Engineering program where I am on the Robotics team. Being involved in many other clubs is important to me too, so I am in two Athletics Clubs, The Make a Wish Club, the Aviation Club, the Fishing Club, the Lighthouse Club, and the UN Political Club.
I spent part of the 2023 summer in DC where I was nominated for the National Youth Leadership Forum for their Law and CSI program at George Mason University. It was sponsored by Envision by WorldStrides which is an educational travel and career experiences scholar program. Another interest is my marksmanship work where I ranked and certified top in my class in a short time span. I received the Spirit Award in 2023 and I am an ambassador for the range. I have received many awards for my eye-to-hand coordination with the targets. I am also an avid police and military supporter and I am involved in many organizations to support their service work. I collect patches from around the country from all police departments since criminal justice is an area of interest for my studies, along with engineering and computer science.
I have attended the Trenton Thunder Baseball camps for two prior summers and I have attended the Blue Claws Winter Workouts at their academy twice within the high school program partnership with our school. I have also attended two Baseball Factory Showcases at Trenton Thunder Stadium.
Other interests are hiking, biking, service work for the Be Kind Charity, assisting other students as a Mentor, and my love for dogs, especially my service dog Snowflake, a Golden Doodle breed. My mom and dad have taught me the intricate and important values of being a good person which has lent its way to being a good teammate. Being a confidant to my peers, and coaches, and caring about all involved in the game, including all staff is of the utmost importance to me. You can rest assured that my integrity, dedication, and passion for the team and game will be always on the field!
