Niko Sango '26 Recruiting Profile

I am someone who loves the game of baseball and I've learned over the years through my family the importance of making a commitment and being dedicated. I am committed to everything I do whether it be school or sports and will do my best to manage my time.  My dream has always been to play baseball competitively in college.  I have played travel baseball since I was 8 and played in numerous tournaments for my club and town's All Star teams. I am a left-handed first baseman and can play any position in the outfield.  As the starting first baseman for the Fort Lee Junior All Star team we made history in our town by winning the District Championship, Sectional Championship and finished 2nd in the state of New Jersey out of 300 Junior League teams.  I was always taught to lead by example and am a team player who will do whatever I am asked for the benefit of the team. I train year-round to improve my skills and continue to work on getting stronger and faster. I take academics very seriously and have always worked hard in school to achieve good grades. Any coach who recruits me or selects me will not regret their decision because I know in my heart I will prove my worth.
