Jacob Arroyo '24 Recruiting Profile

Playing college baseball is a dream that not all players get to fulfill. As a utility player who can play anywhere in the field, steal bases, hit, and is a leader, I can hopefully achieve this dream. I am someone who picks up their teammate, works hard in everything they do, and always bounces back from struggles. I train, practice, and play hard.  You will not find another player that is as coachable as me, that is as hard working as me, that is a positive person as me, that is a leader like I am. Throughout my life, I have had to overcome numerous struggles with injury, but I always come back stronger and more determined than before. Through playing baseball, I have come to find it as a place for me to be humbled and determined. It is a place for me to work hard and have fun. Being a student who can balance sports and school is something I have become good at. I hope to do well in my classes and in sports in my future, but my main goal is become a better well-rounder person.
