Hello my name is Chris Covington and I am a 5'7 and still growing senior in High School who loves the game of baseball more than anything else. I Currently go To B.C.I.T Westampton High School and I have been a Varsity starter for the past year. I can promise any coach that if they were to recruit me that I will be the hardest worker on their team. I will dedicate myself everyday on getting better and also making my team better. I will also strive to excel in my academic activities. For the past three years I have been playing on fall and summer travel teams to Improve all parts of my game. After High School I want to go to college play baseball and further my education in Athletic Training and Physical Therapy. I want play baseball on the highest level possible and will work as hard as I can to make that possible. I know that whatever college recruits me I will bring world class speed to the team that is hard to find. I also am a outstanding contact hitter and can bring power. This past year my team was playing it's first playoff game and it was the bottom of the 9th with a man on third and I was up to bat. It was two strikes and two balls and I took a deep breath and had the game winning hit to win our first playoff game. I was the happiest person on the earth at that time. Outside of school I like to do volunteer work and go to the gym. From 2012 to 2013 I have volunteered to work at Cathedral of Love summer camp and the next two years I was on pay roll. I work for this summer camp because I love working with kids and helping them excel.
