Evan Arbeeny '18 Recruiting Profile

    I wish to pursue acceptance to a University where I can continue my career academically and athletically that will suit me best. I have worked diligently to achieve a high level of academic success through hard work and dedication, as well as on the baseball field. I am well aware of the workload that comes with being a student-athlete, but I know that I have what it takes to excel at the collegiate level both on and off the field. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to be apart of many different teams. I realize the importance of teamwork and have always strived to be a good teammate by lending support, encouragement, and leading by example. When I was much younger, I realized at an early age that being a bigger kid, that I was not the fastest or most coordinated kid on the field, but what I did realize was that in order to be successful I needed to work extremely hard to achieve my goals. While many of my former teammates had early success, I had to overcome many obstacles through hard work and perseverance in order to become the ballplayer that I am today.
