My goal is to play baseball at the college level. It is more important for me to actually play on the team, than to say I’m on the team. Currently I am a Sophomore and a second year starter on my high school Varsity team. I feel I would be an outstanding candidate for any college baseball team. I bring with me a passion and energy for the game that shows in everything I do. I can play any position, but my main positions are 1st, 2nd and shortstop. I am a right handed pitcher. I am also a powerful hitter and smart base runner. I know the game, study the game and love the game.
I will be honest. School is not my thing. I work hard and the results always seem to be the same. I am not too proud to ask or receive help. As a student- athlete I will utilize all the academic assistance that is available to me and continue to work to the best of my abilities. I would not want to let anyone down.
I am different from other recruits. I’m a leader on and off the field. I want to be better than I was the day before. I will work harder than everyone and be a good teammate. I hope to have the opportunity to show, not tell, why I’d be a great addition to any team. I’m excited about my future as a collegiate baseball player.
