Matthew DiSanti '21 Recruiting Profile

I am a hard working, focused, and dedicated individual at everything I do in life. I always have taken pride in my school work as well as my athletic achievements. I do whatever is necessary to maintain a high GPA in reaching my full potential as an athlete. I stay focused as a positive example and as a team leader for all my teammates. Sports has been a part of my life since I was a kid. Whatever sport I played, I enjoyed it and competed to my full ability. I started playing sports at the age of 3. I have played multiple sports including basketball, football, hockey, lacrosse, soccer, baseball, volleyball, and golf. Baseball is my passion and I love to play. I began playing baseball at the age of 5. My positions over the years have been catcher, pitcher, first base, third base, and outfield. At the age of 13, I focused on my skills as an outfielder and a first baseman while still filling in as a backup catcher. I pried myself on great preparation for every game and expect and always expect for every game success. My attitude is to always win, I always make that a part of who I am. Given the opportunity to continue to my goals in life I expect to achieve excellence in the classroom and on the field, it would be a truly amazing and memorable experience doing what I love.
