Personal Statement

For my high school career, I have set both academic and athletic goals. Academically, I strive to make high honors each quarter. Athletically, I’ve taken a leadership role within both the baseball and football programs. Through this experience, I’ve learned to establish trust and how important trust is to ensure overall team success. In college I will earn an undergraduate degree, while hopefully furthering my baseball career. I work extremely hard throughout the year. There's so much I hope to experience and learn about playing baseball at the highest levels. In addition to having the talent to compete, I truly believe I possess the character, work ethic and leadership skills to make a positive impact within any program.

I train year-round with Proformance, the 20th rated athletic performance facility on the east coast. The owner, John Opfer is the 3rd rated speed coach in the country. John's focus is on biomechanics, core training, balance & change of direction with an explosive first step. Clients include Khalil Mack, Chad Kelly, Sammy Watkins, Branden Oliver, LeSean McCoy plus professional and amateur athletes, including Olympians, throughout every division of college athletics.
