Caleb Bowers '21 Recruiting Profile

I love baseball.  I've had a baseball bat in my hand since I learned to walk according to my parents.  I started in Little League when I was four and have been playing ever since.  A favorite memory is from my freshman year of high school, when our team made it to the playoffs for our first playoff win in seven years.  My sophomore year was challenging, however, as we lost our coach mid-season.  Coming through that uncertainty and change made me mentally stronger, and I led the team in RBIs.

I believe my focus, work ethic, and strong academic background will help me succeed in college as it has in high school.  My ability to excel in a challenging engineering high school curriculum as well as succeed as a two sport athlete will serve me well in my future baseball and academic endeavors.  I will enter your program ready to be a student-athlete, prepared to make an impact on the field and in the classroom.
