The person I am today is because of my mom and dad. They taught me most of the things I need to know in order to have a successful future. I became interested in baseball because my dad who played this sport and I learned to love the game as much as he does. While playing baseball I learned that it takes time to achieve your goals and that you have to earn the position you want to play. For high school and college, the academic goals I want to achieve are to be on the honor roll and be the best student I can be. To get to where I am today, I had to workout, practice every season, and study hard to get good grades. I created a study schedule and have noticed an improvement in my grades. This schedule has helped me to achieve my goal and I made the honor roll my Freshman and Junior year. I have enrolled in 2 honors classes and Have taken college credit course in my Sophomore year. I am also in 2 honors classes in my Junior year. Some unique things about me is I have experience playing every position in baseball and in 8th grade I won the Cy Young award for my middle school baseball team. When my coach presented me with the Cy Young Award he attributed 80% of the teams wins because of my pitching. That is a moment I will always remember.
