something about my collegiate goals is to be a baseball leader I want to pick my team up when they're down when we're losing and make sure they still have their confidence and determination to keep playing until the game is over. What makes me a good candidate for the team is that I want to be a team leader I want to leave my team to success I want to make sure everybody has their part in the game making sure everybody does well. What makes me different is based on how I judge people I judge them based on how they perform if they're performing terribly I will say something about I'll tell them like hey let's pick it up you got this but they're performing great then they're doing great I wouldn't have to say nothing about it but overall I think I'd be good character for the team
