Zane Loveday '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi, i’m Zane Loveday. I have one brother, Zach Loveday (17). I’ve been playing baseball and basketball since i was 4, but until last year was when i decided to shift all of my focus to baseball and be the best i could. I look to pursue sports business or marketing when i hit college. Some things that make me different from other recruits is that i have a lot of height, which may seem as a more intimidating factor, but i use this factor toward my pitching for more speed.  I’ve grown up playing in local leagues and seeing no competition, so last year i decided to travel with baseball and trying to get looks from colleges. The only teachers i’ve had growing up was my dad and my travel coach, Zach Baldwin. I hope to increase my skills through the years as my elders prepare me for the next challenge.
