Being able to wake up everyday and play the etiquette game of baseball has been a great privilege of mine since day 1. When I was about 3 or 4 years old my dad introduced to me the game of baseball. After always working on baseball since I was little the game brought a harsh competitiveness to me that stuck with me. Baseball has taught me a lot about myself, on a player and mental stand point. I have learned that it is not always a great thing to win a game or tournament. I think even if you lose a game its not fully a defeat, losing is a learning experience on what you did wrong and gives yourself a good understanding on what you need to improve on and fix in that aspect, to win in the future, on both the field and in life.
Now, towards my future and present self, my academic goals for high school and college are to keep maintaining a 3.9 GPA or higher, having perfect attendance, continuing with my recognition as member of The National Honors Society for future years to come and finally continuing take care of homework and studies by being prepared. Some unique characteristics or skills that I possess as a player and person are being the last one to leave practice, giving 110% on everything I do including sports and school, being a member in Leadership Cohort and lastly being able to support and help my community Including volunteering as a member in Key club at my school and also volunteering at a church with children during the summer.
