My name is Gabriel Dejesus and I am attending Reynoldsburg Livingston high school. My goals for college is to exceed in my academics and graduate from a four-year school. While in college, I not only want to develop my skills as a player, but be a reliable teammate, and a leader on the team that is trusted by the coaches. I would be a good candidate to add to your team because I am willing to be coached, improve and hone in my athletic abilities, and transition my talents to the next level. What separates myself from other recruits is my character. Throughout my journey as a baseball player, I have been able to adjust to my surroundings such as new teammates, new coaching, and grow as a role model for my team and always motivate myself to improve and get better than "the next guy." Along with character, comes the athletic ability good for a team who can consistently play at a high level, inspire his team to to win, and achieve personal and team goals. My athletic ability is good for a team who needs an player who can can be reliant on me to get the job done, with a strong learning mentality always striving to better myself and my teammates around me. In similar fashion, I take my academics seriously, where I am a student first. I am student not just of the game, but in my studies. I have a 3.8 gpa average. And securing a path of success after my college career comes to an end is my ultimate goal.
