Personal Statement
Entering my junior year of high school, I attend an Early College High School that provides a much more rigorous curriculum than the average high schools in the area. By attending from this type of school, I am given the opportunity to graduate with an associates degree and get a head start on my future. Unfortunately my school does not have a sports program so I instead play baseball for Start High School, another TPS School.
Freshman year at the beginning of the season I had broke both of my wrists and was out for nearly the entire season. Luckily tho, I made up for it all at the plate with an extremely successful sophomore season. I was called up to Varsity to help the team in the season’s Sectionals game and also played for varsity during the summer season.
I would be a great fit for any college programs looking to recruit the c/o 2021. I am a very “teach-able” athlete, like all of my previous and current coaches have said about me. Whether I’m stepping onto the field or am in the dugout, I always look to try my hardest and have a positive impact whenever possible.
