Leadership - captain of high school rugby team, selected as a LINK crew peer leader, student activity leader with student counsel, recognized with Excellence Award by the Ottawa City Police Youth In Policing Innitiative

Work Ethic - progressed from part time player to starting center fielder, added 20 lbs and improved 60 time from 6.9 to 6.6 through consistent work in the weight room, improved grades each year of high school and now am consistent member of the honor role

Speed/Explosiveness - 6.6 seconds in the 60
