Mitchell Taylor '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello everyone and thank you for reading my profile.  Fortunately, I was able to start my baseball career at five years old.  I love practicing and playing in games, but when I was getting to be 11 and 12 years old, I started to notice that I was pretty good compared to my teammates and opponents.  For the last few years and especially this year (2023) I have been focusing more on strength and conditioning and I have put significant time into my swing.  I was rewarded for my efforts by batting over .400 with an OBP of .500 this season on my 15U travel ball team.  I am currently involved in baseball in every possible way that I can be at my age, in my area.   I really want to see where baseball can take me in life.  In school I have maintained distinguished honor roll throughout 7th, 8th & 9th grade and a few of teachers suggested I join higher grade classes, which I have accepted and completed. I have and will continue to make the commitment to baseball and will also stay focused on my educational goals.   Thank you again for reading my profile, Mitch Taylor.
