Brayden Horton '21 Recruiting Profile

I am motivated, teachable, and committed. My ability to work hard and balance my time is made evident by the fact that I can balance two varsity sports and excel in those sports. I know that in order to play at the collegiate level, it takes a lot of hard work and dedication.  I am the perfect fit for that. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to start for my high school baseball team my first two seasons. I also started for the varsity football team as a sophomore and had the opportunity to compete in the WPIAL championship game.  Not only have I had success as an athlete, but more importantly I have excelled in the classroom.  I have consistently finished with straight A’s through the most rigorous courses that I could take. This past year I finished with a 4.54 GPA.  To me, the ability to excel at a high level in sports and education is the key factor in my recruiting process. I want to play the game of baseball and also be able to be obtain the best education,  to lead me in the right path for the future.
