Tyler Peck '25 Recruiting Profile

     My name is Tyler Peck and I am a member of the 2025 graduate class at Palmyra Area High School located in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. I like to read the college coach’s biography and mission statement to determine if their vision aligns to my personal beliefs and values as a student athlete. I am interested in playing collegiate baseball while majoring in business with a concentration in marketing. My current GPA is a 3.3 that includes honor and advanced placement courses. I am actively involved in my community through volunteering for Wreaths Across America, mentoring elementary students with the community baseball program, being a leader in the weight room, volunteer student camp counselor, and active contributor to the high school baseball program.

     As you will see from my PBR and Perfect Game links below, I am a utility player who spends an abundant amount of time catching. I have experience playing various positions such as corner infield and outfield. I have attended various baseball events with my travel teams the Mid-State Mavericks, USA Prime National, and Keystone State Bombers on a personal level. While my PBR and Perfect Game videos only highlight some of my skills that include a pop time of 1.90, catcher velocity of 80, and exit velocity of 100.4. 

     During my offseason training, I am working with a strength and agility coach at the 1% performance program located in Allentown, Pa. I have enhanced my physical strength by squatting 501 lbs., deadlifting 440 pounds, and benching 315 lbs. While increasing my physical strength, I also work on increasing my foot work, speed, and flexibility. I continue to set new goals by raising the bar and obtaining them. Furthermore, I enhance my mental baseball knowledge through personally reflecting on my performance, reviewing personal videos, researcher best practices.
