Ryden Walker '24 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to gain an education while playing baseball at the highest level.  I've been balancing academics and athletics my whole life and it has become a habit. I train and play baseball all year round while maintaining honor role grades as I believe education is a very important part of life. I have played many different sports at a highly competitive level and I really love the competition.  Baseball has always been my main focus.  

One of my favorite parts about baseball and other sports is the friendships I have made. Most of my friendships have been made through sports, starting when I was just a little kid and to this day I'm still meeting a lot of new amazing people. I believe that being a good teammate, leader and having a good team atmosphere are just as important as the skills you have on the field.
