Tristan Culp '27 Recruiting Profile

I’m a firm believer in working hard for what you want, and I bring that mentality to everything I do — on the field, in the classroom, and in life. Pitching is my passion, but I give full effort at any position I’m assigned because I believe a great teammate shows up wherever they’re needed. I take pride in encouraging others and being someone my teammates can count on. As a member of my school’s Hope Squad, I’ve learned how important it is to support those around me, and I carry that same mindset into baseball.

Off the field, I’ve wanted to be a surgeon since I was a little kid because I’m passionate about helping people. I’ve had the opportunity to be selected attend Sanford PROMISE camps, where I explored medical research and expanded my love for science and learning. I’m looking for a college program where I can fulfill my dream of playing baseball that challenges me academically, encourages strong character, and builds a culture where players make each other better. Steel sharpens steel — and that’s the kind of environment I would love to be part of.
