I play baseball for Regents School of Austin and the Austin Wings. I am currently a 6’5” 195 lb. left-hander and still growing.
As an athlete, I have worked with many trainers and coaches to help me grow, develop, and refine my skills as a player over the last decade. I have demonstrated skill and determination by becoming a varsity starter as a freshman as both a pitcher and first baseman. In that same year, I helped my team to its first playoff appearance in years. We lost that game in the playoffs, but it taught me that I should never be satisfied with my play. This allowed me to refocus and commit even further to the game as I worked with a strength coach and a pitching coach during the fall off-season and look forward to an even better Junior summer.
I have been told by many coaches that my composure on the mound is one of my greatest assets. I know that the way I carry myself is a reflection of not only myself, but my team, family and faith. I am committed to finding a place where I can play baseball at the next level that not only has a strong baseball program but an equally strong academic program. I am confident that I have what it takes to be a solid part of a competitive baseball program.
