By Fernando Serrano,
For as long as I can remember, baseball has always been a huge part of my life, taking me to many places and living unforgettable moments, but it almost never happened. I was always very energetic and always wanted to learn new things, so I came across baseball for the first time at the age of 3 years old, as a mere coincidence. Since then, this beautiful sport has taught me a great part of the things that I know today, things like respect, compassion, values, and above all, love what you do.
As a kid, growing up in Mexico, the opportunities were very few, but the talent always showed itself. That very lack of opportunities made my efforts double and my dedication to sports was the most important thing after school.
This led me to study in the United States, away from my family and everything I knew, I had to adapt and cling to my goals and dreams.
Currently, I hope to reach a commitment with a university, academically to achieve a bachelor's degree in Art or Physical Rehabilitation, overall I hope to continue performing in my sport in the best way.
