- The Arlington A's Baseball Organization is coming up on its 35th year in select baseball for the 2023 Season. The A's Organization's goal is to develop and teach young players how to be competitive in the game of baseball. As a high school or select player, it is important to develop each player so they will have sound opportunity to be competitive in the state and the nation. Overall, our ultimate goal is give baseball players the opportunity to move up to the next level playing College or Pro Baseball. Coaches have, MLB, MLB scouting, College Coaching or College experience.
