Austin Treptow '19 Recruiting Profile

Currently I am attending Blinn JC in Bryan, TX working on getting stronger/faster and focusing on my grades/core classes.  My current college GPA is 3.95/4.0.   I am actively looking for the opportunity to grow and learn more about the game of baseball.  I'm serious about my education and my level of play.  My goals are to better myself in becoming a college player and possibly further.  I have a strong arm and am fast.  I have the skill set to run down and take away would-be hits through my ability to quickly read a ball off the bat.  I received the Defensive Player of the year award at my high school for my performance during my Senior year in our tough district.  I would say that my defense in the field is my strongest ability currently and the batting is catching up as I add strength and size.  I already have the capability to hit home runs as well as utilize all areas of the field hitting with power.  I will continue to get stronger and faster throughout college.
