Andrew Peterson '28 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coach, my name is Andrew Peterson, and I’m a 2028 graduate at Marion High School in Marion, Texas. I’m a catcher first, but I also play first and third base. I currently play travel ball with The U Baseball Academy in Kyle, Texas (Formerly Phenom CTX). I take a lot of pride in being the kind of teammate who shows up early, stays late, and puts in the work when no one’s watching. I’m coachable, competitive, and always working to improve both on and off the field.

I finished my freshman year with a 3.5 GPA and am committed to staying strong academically as I pursue my goal of playing baseball at the collegiate level—whether that’s D1, D2, D3, JUCO, or NAIA. I simply love the game and want to keep playing as long as I can, with the dream of one day competing professionally.

Outside of baseball, I’m a big fan of fishing, music, and working on my 1984 square-body Chevy Blazer. I believe in working hard, staying humble, and being the kind of player, person and teammate that others can count on.
