Jordan Montez '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jordan Montez I will be graduating 2022 from Santa Clara High School. I am born and raised in Northern California and I am a third baseman. My goal is to play baseball at the highest level possible but also want to continue my education in Sports Management or Physical Education. I am a good candidate for your team because I am hard working and I’m always looking for the coaching to improve myself as a person and as an athlete, I will never give up on what I set my mind to until I finish the job. 

I have been playing baseball since I was 4 yeas old and I fell in love with the game by watching my family enjoy playing softball or baseball. I have a high knowledge of baseball and learned to switch hit at 9 years old. I do my best at being a great teammate and show great sportsmanship. I teach younger kids hitting techniques and to have a positive mindset in a negative game. 

If I am not working on my skills and teaching others I am playing football, basketball, or hanging out with friends or family.
