Jaxon Rhoades '21 Recruiting Profile

College isn’t a goal, it’s mandatory in my opinion. Academics are a huge part of my life, I pride myself on being intellectual, due to this I am a very fast learner and very meticulous in all aspects.

Athletically I come from a stout heritage with my father being a D-1 hockey player and football player, he was also an all state football player in the state of Idaho.  My older brother being a collegiate pitcher who could bump 93 and also played division one football at the university of Utah. With them both being 6’4 250+ I have very good potential for growth. I am not afraid of hard work and am consistently in the gym and on the field working my strength, physique, and mechanics.

As a student athlete I can say that I treat the field like a ninth class and am always open to learning more about the game, this makes me very coachable and therefore a great option for any college. 

I am also very approachable and friendly I always keep great team spirit and treat my team like family. This is why I was a captain for my football team freshman year and sophomore year.  I have lived in multiple states and gone to many different schools, I have not found a sport or situation in which I could not overcome the challenges they brought; this is why I am so confident that I can lead and succeed in any program.
