My ultimate goal is to compete at the highest and most challenging level possible. I believe the biggest part of my success is due to out-working. I differentiate myself through switch hitting, daily dedication at the gym before/after school, pitch shaping, speed on the bases, and the ability to maneuver effectively around the diamond. Above all, I prioritize teamwork and leadership to my team's success as much as my own. I eagerly anticipate the opportunities ahead.

It involves a meticulous analysis of their pitching and throwing abilities, coupled with efforts to devise personalized development plans aimed at improving performance on the mound. Continuous assessment and adjustment of workouts, starting with a comprehensive, data-intensive assessment. R&D places a strong emphasis on strength, health, and injury prevention from day one, aligning with its primary goal of ensuring sustained peak performance and faster recovery. R&D Baseball high School Program, which empowers motivated pitchers to excel in high school, compete for college scholarships, and even catch the eye of professional scouts. Over the years, this approach has yielded impressive results, including numerous draft picks, All-Met Pitchers, and commitments to Division I, II, and III programs. Brayden goes to R&D daily.
