When I was about five years old, I was introduced to the amazing sport of baseball. I’ve seen regional playoff runs, all the way to one of the worst seasons in my school’s history. Through these events, I feel that I’ve learned how to win and lose with dignity. All of the ups and downs have forced me to work harder than I ever have to improve myself.
As I have matured, I realized that I would like to help improve the health of others when I grow up, so I’d love to be in the medicinal field as an adult. I’d love to attend an academically challenging university, and be fortunate enough to play the sport that I love.
I feel like I have certain traits that would transfer well into the college baseball scene, such as leadership, a strong work ethic, and the ability to be coached. I love strong leadership from my coaches, and try to mimic the same positive energy they display.
