Ryan Salyers '23 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play college baseball where I can gain experience and continue being part of a team. I am a good candidate to play collegiate baseball because I am a good teammate and like to put the team ahead of myself. In order to be good in a team sport, we must all be confident and good as individuals. I like to be there for my teammates when they need someone to throw BP to them and then they do the same for me. I am also a good candidate because I have a sense of self-determination. I am determined to play collegiate baseball and be the best player and teammate that I can be. I want this for myself and also for my family because they have pushed me so hard to get here and want the best for me. I am different from other players because I try my hardest to excel all-around. I not only push myself to be my best on the baseball field, but also in the classroom and at home. I like to be the kind of person that others can count on, whether that be my teammates, my friends, my family, or my teachers.
