Personal Statement
I am a senior at Flint Hill School in Oakton, Virginia and looking forward to college for a balance of academics and athletics.
For junior year, we started hybrid learning half in school and half online. and then moved to full time classroom. I was inducted in Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica, Juan Carlos I Chapter for my language proficiency and overall academic standing.
Through my community service work, I received the 2021 Spirit of King Award from a local church for organizing a toy and coat collection to help children across Fairfax County during the winter holidays.
On our high school varsity baseball team I am the starting shortstop and a pitcher. I was also recognized as VISAA All State second team. In the fall, I am the varsity goalkeeper for soccer, too.
I have also been playing baseball for the Canes since Summer 2020, and the Virginia Renegades from 2016 to 2019.
My family loves to travel, which has been a great way to see our country and the world we live in. My favorite trip was a week in the Dominican Republic playing baseball, which was amazing.
