Personal Statement

I would like to attend college and major in engineering. I am a pretty laid back person, but like to be competitive on the baseball field.  I like to observe what people are doing and then base my opinion on my experiences.  My dad played for the Indians and my Uncle Lou Whitaker played 19 years for the Tigers.  They constantly help me prepare both physically and mentally. I am also very focused on my academics and having a 4.0 is something I am proud of.

The Lancer Award is presented to the top male/female in each grade based on academics, character, and extracurricular activity. Scored a PERFECT 600 on ‘Algebra 1 SOL’ testing. I was invited to join the Beta Club as a 9th grader and will be inducted this year. (2024)
  • ActivitiesWhen I’m not practicing I like to play video games and watch TV with my brothers. In my hometown, the baseball park that is here was recently named after my Uncle Louis Whitaker. He played for the Detroit Tigers for 19 years. When he comes into town my dad, brothers, Uncle Louis and I like to hang out. .
