Making the High School Varsity team as a freshman was a major milestone in my baseball career. The experience of playing at this level my freshman year taught me perseverance and reinforced my determination to play baseball to the best of my ability. This determination lead to being named All-Conference utility player my sophomore year and all regional pitcher and utility player my junior year.
I was fortunate to be a team captain my junior year. The experience gave me a sense of responsibility as a leader, setting the example of a team player and striving to be someone my teammates looked up to.
My collegiate goal is to find a baseball program where I can contribute my skills as in infielder and pitcher while also accomplishing my academic goals.
