Ethan Smetheram '22 Recruiting Profile

I come from a family of coaches and I know what it means to work hard, earn your place on the team and to always be a good teammate.  I know that every coach is different and it is important to always keep  an open mind and learn something knew.  It is also important to support my team and not play the comparison game as that could lead to conflict in a dugout.

I am a very dedicated student and challenge myself by taking Honors courses and AP courses.  I have a 3.8 GPA and play three varsity sports (football, baseball and tennis).  I am involved in the school through DECCA, Yearbook staff and was just nominated to be next year's ASB Spirit Ambassador.

I am a player that makes the plays in the field and gets on base as my batting average shows in both my Varsity years and my summer team.  I am someone that will be under the radar until they see me in the field and at bat for the first time.  This year I made the NPSL All League First Team, 2nd base.
