2019 Whitecaps Baseball (U13 Elite)
U13 team took 2nd place in division. Also went undefeated in regional tournament of elite teams in Indiana. Alex was starting catcher all season - catching all but about a dozen innings all season and on tournament weekends, catching up to 3 complete games per day.
2018 Whitecaps Baseball (U12 Elite)
Team took 2nd place in state championship. Alex had 6 over the fence home runs and was starting catcher.

Off-Season, Indoor training in hitting, fielding and some pitching. Workouts were 2 hours each, 3-4 times weekly with an hour of baseball training and an hour of agility/strength/fitness with a baseball specific trainer.
Milwaukee Baseball Academy

Off-Season Training in hitting 2-3 times weekly and 20 weeks of weekly catching clinics. Workouts included a hour of baseball skills followed by an hour of agility/strength/fitness training with personal baseball trainer.
Independant Weight Training (after sessions with personal trainer to learn/build program)

Using local fitness center, 2-3 times weekly strength training. As of October 2019 can bench press 155lbs and deadlift 275lbs.
