Personal Statement

Making the USA Great Lakes Regional Team my freshman and sophomore year was the highlight of my high school career. Seeing the caliber of players and  competition there showed me where I matched up with the rest of the US and only inspired me to work harder to become the best I can be athletically and academically. Through my experiences, I believe I can perform at colleges at the highest level and find a good fit academically with my interests.

  • Paul Zweifel, Assistant Strength Coach, Sports AdvantEDGE... Connor joined us at Sports AdvantEDGE nearly two years ago. He is one of our most remarkable athletes which has made it that much more enjoyable to watch him progress. Since joining, Connor's numbers have significantly improved. Two years ago he was benching with 35 pound dumbbells, deadlifting 185 pounds and back squatting 135 pounds. Two years later as he completed another 8 week program, he is now benching with 85 pound dumbbells, deadlifting 350 pounds, and back squatting 320 pounds! Connor is constantly seeking to get extra sessions with both his professional hitting/fielding instructor Chris McKnight, and also with his strength and conditioning coaches Brian Bott and myself at Sports AdvantEDGE. His commitment to develop in every facet as a baseball player and his outstanding leadership qualities will not go unnoticed.
