My name is Scott Henrich, and I am a 2019 grad. I am 6'4 165 pounds. I am left handed and my primary position is pitcher, and secondaries are first base, and outfield. I have a 5 pitch selection (4-seam FB, 12/6 curve, cutter, knuckle-curve, and change-up) at a high 3/4 arm slot. I consistently command my fastballs, 12/6 curveball, cutter, and change-up. My ball has great movement and my fastball has late to the throwing arm side run. My fastball currently sits in the low to mid 80s and is ever increasing with velocity as I start to slow in my upward growth and come into my body. I plan on double majoring if possible in industrial (possibly) engineering and finance and then moving on to law school. I am a strong student, with a 3.625 GPA and a 30 on my ACT (which I am retaking as well as enrolling in a prep course) and am an active NHS member. I am active in multiple other sports and clubs, including cross country, basketball, track, German club, and Mock Trial. Coaches have said that I am highly malleable in my skills and always do my best to fulfill the skills that they are modifying ad teaching. Also, they have said that I am a great dugout presence, always trying to pick my team up while being locked in and focused on the game. I am no home run hitter by any means, but I always find a way to be on base. Last year, I had almost a .400 batting average, and about a .575 OBP. I consistently hit doubles, singles, bunt for hits and sacs, and draw walks. It would be my dream and goal to play college ball and I am dedicated to seeing that through.
Note: If you see my transcript, you may notice my C in Pre-Palc. I am currently taking an online course for credit to change that to an A
