I am Niomi Singleton something that makes me stand out from my teammates is I always try to look at the positive side of things no matter how hard it might be I like to think positively so my team can have a positive outcome because just like how kindness can be spread so can positivity. I also Have a lot of determination and perseverance. For example, my junior year was my first year doing something outside of gymnastics so when I tried out for the dance team I made JV because I have never done it before. After the season ended I knew I wanted to be on the team again and that meant I needed to work hard to get the skills I needed and sharpen up my already-learned skills. I started taking more dance classes to get a dance foundation and still went to the gym to keep up with my tumbling skills. I worked for months and with the support of my friends and parents I made it happen and I made the varsity team. I am a very energetic and outgoing person I work hard and work with a team to ensure the team has the best outcome. I also understand the word commitment before I transferred over to cheer in dance I was on a gymnastics team for 10 years growing and committing myself to the team and the coaches.
