Ella Reardon '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Ella Reardon, I’m a senior at Carondelet High School in Concord, CA. I have been involved in cheerleading since my freshman year in 2020. During the 2023-2024 school year, I will be participating in my third year on our varsity sideline cheer team, and in the spring it will be my fourth year on my school’s varsity stunt team, of which I was a captain of last year. During my junior year, it was my first all star year at the NorCal Elite All-Stars on Aphrodite, a level 3 senior small team. During my time as a cheerleader, I have learned the importance of teamwork and dedication. When you take the field or the mat, you work together with your teammates to all reach the same goal, and endlessly support one another through every hardship. I believe that I hold strong values and traits that make me a good fit for any team, such as perseverance and having the ability to work well with others, as well as being very coachable.

My goal while attending college is to grow my knowledge and further my education in sports medicine and nutrition in order to pursue my dream of working in the medical field. I have always loved to aid and care for others in times of need. I hope that being a cheerleader in college will help me learn more about kinesiology and activity.
