My goal is to become an elementary teacher after college. During my time of learning, I am also looking forward to keeping myself active and my body healthy. I started cheer in 6th grade and have loved it to this day. I wish to continue this sport for as long as I can and I know I can improve my skills a lot more being on a college competitive team. I have only ever cheered with school teams that are lower with skills and energy. I have to work harder for myself and my team so we can do as great as possible with what we have. I am very hard working and I get frustrated easily when I can’t improve myself in some way. I am very determined to be an amazing team player and work my way up no matter how hard it might be. Around the age of five, I joined taekwondo and from there I learned discipline and ways to improve myself and others around me. Now, I am a third degree black belt and I help teach as an instructor. I know how to listen and follow directions, but in times of need I can also step up and be a leader for others. I hope that in college I can make the most of my experience and take part in activities and sports I enjoy while also working hard in the classroom.
