Personal Statement

Greetings Coach,

My name is Aiesha, I have a strong passion for competitive track.  I am a late starter to running track considering I didn't start running until my freshman year of HS.  Without any training and the worst form ever I was  still able to PR at 13.1 my freshman year. I trained year round to improve my core strength & form,  and was eager to drastically improve my PR my sophomore year until Covid 19 shut us down. I've continued to train hard with my personal trainer and can't wait to show what I can do my junior year season.

    I'm a leader in sports and student council,  I'm a unique, and friendly, and I will be a great addition to your team. Some of my goals are to compete in the AAU & IL high school association state championships.
