RAGBRAI Dream Team training - RAGBRAI is a 500-mile one week ride each year during end of July; Athletes go through extensive 5-month training program every year to be ready for this tough challenging ride. Training involves an average of 50-mile daily ride for 3 days a week (Mon/Thurs/Sat).
