I aspire to be on a team with drive and passion. Of course the goal is to always come out on top, but I like it to be shown we put the work and effort in to being the best. I look for a team who is always supportive and understanding. Mistakes happen, a routine will never be perfect. I believe that the best qualities a team can have is perseverance and respect.
