Emily Newton '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Emily Newton! My collegiate ambitions include earning undergraduate and graduate degrees, becoming a Division I athlete, and increasing my field hockey goalkeeping skills.  After completing my collegiate career, I hope to join USA Women's Field Hockey Team and become an Olympic goalie.  I am a fierce competitor with a positive sense of humor and strive for excellence in all tasks both on and off the field. I am athletic, enthusiastic, hardworking, dependable, and cooperative, and would be an excellent addition to any team.  I believe I would also be a fantastic addition to my future campus community as I am creative, organized, clever, attentive, and a problem solver.
