My name is Emma Spagnolo, I am a junior at Henry Hudson Regional High School in Highlands, NJ. I am a starting varsity defender/mid field . My love for field hockey started at 10 years old. Some of my favorite memories growing up come from playing field hockey and the friendships that I made because of it. Throughout the years I have been developing my skills on and off the field; even if it’s just a few dribbles/shots on goal or gathering my teammates for a practice. I am continuing to learn and develop as a student athlete. The club team I currently play for, Mid-Jersey Knights, has really helped me bring out my skills and just made me a better player overall.
My goal is to continue to grow while building upon my skills. Ultimately, I want to play field hockey for a competitive college team. I have always been a hard worker and a quick learner and very coachable. I will always continue to be a team player and I feel that by working hard and training year-round to grow and develop as a person as well as an athlete that I can be a positive asset to my team’s success.
My club team is Mid-Jersey Knights U19 - and my jersey # is 81.
Henry Hudson Regional High School – my jersey # is white 19.
