Ashley Carey '26 Recruiting Profile

I am currently a Sophomore at Moorestown High School in NJ. My graduation year is 2026. I started my love for field hockey in fifth grade, and joined my Middle School team to begin my competitive career. I started my club career in 9th grade, and joined SWS U16 this year. In 9th grade I was a part of U16 Xplosive Hockey Club.

At MHS, I was a part of the freshman team in 9th grade. I am the back up Varsity goalie this year, and have started JV games. I started 1 Varsity game this year. I am a tall, quick goalie. This year, I had a 90% save rate per game.

In 2023, I went to the LineUp field hockey camp in March. I have attended and participated in numerous tournaments, including Surf & Sand.

In addition to field hockey, I run winter track, spring track, and dive team. Further, I work during the summer at Sunnybrook Swim Club as a lifeguard and volunteer with my town's recreational camps as a CIT.

Field hockey is a passion of mine and I have a strong desire to play at the collegiate level.
