Belyse Landis '28 Recruiting Profile

My name is Belyse Landis and I am from Green Lane, Pennsylvania. I am in the 2028 graduating class. I have been wanting to be a collegiate athlete since I was a kid, growing up I always new I wanted to be involved with the athletic community. I tried many different sports such as lacrosse, basketball, softball and many more, but none of them ever measured up to field hockey. I have been playing field hockey since I was 7 years old and am currently playing for my school (Dock Mennonite Academy) and club (Power House Field Hockey) teams. I also play for the Puerto Rican National Junior team where I have the opportunity to lead them as team captain, and I also play up with the Senior team. I consider myself to be a very driven and hard working player as well as student. I believe I can be a great asset to any team. My current coaches have described me to be a very selfless player both on and off the field. I am always looking for the next pass or skill I can do for the better of the teams success.
