Elise Herod '29 Recruiting Profile

Playing college field hockey is a dream of mine, because of the feeling I get when I pick up my stick. Its something indescribable, and I don't want it to ever go away. I have not being playing field hockey as long as some other student-athletes, but my drive to improve myself is unmatched in that of my peers, whether that be in athletics, academics, or my character. I believe that if you have the passion for something, then you can succeed as long as you work hard to get there. Someday I want to get a degree in a medical profession, either endocrinology, physical therapy, or even anesthesiology. I have always been highly motivated, hardworking, and determined to reach all of my goals. I know this will help me succeed on and off the field.
